Matt met Steve at a bonfire party many years ago (This was before text, email, Linkedin, Facebook, or Insta so we actually met in person). Somehow they convinced each other they should work together, maybe it was the beer. Matt has a Masters Degree in Psychology, but has long removed the couch from his office. Matt is obsessed with all things water, and his favorite productions include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and The Screwtape Letters.

Karin, who handles the Human Resource and Accounting side of things, has been with Footlights since the beginning. Her favorite musicals include Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, and Seussical the Musical, which is a given because Karin is a huge fan of Dr. Seuss. Karin enjoys water skiing with her family, traveling to warm places, reading, writing poetry, and of course attending arts performances.

Lisa loves being part of the Footlights team, and brings over 25 years of "out of the box" thinking and experience in regards to Accounting and Finance. Music, theater, and dance have always played an important role in Lisa's life, and she is always happy to share those passion with others - especially her three children. Lisa's favorite musicals include Miss Saigon, Annie Get Your Gun and A Christmas Carol (because she loves Christmas music)! When not at work she enjoys traveling, sporting events and spending time with her family.

Greg helps make sure the presses do their job and that every Footlights program is printed and correctly. When not spending time manning the presses, Greg enjoys watching classic vintage films and sharing his vast movie knowledge with the art department (which has come in handy on more than one occasion!)

Art Director

Sarah directs the art and is the office horticulturist. She has starred in numerous church plays and was a Native American in her middle school's production of Peter Pan. Sarah loves typography, video games, warm hugs, and Grey's Anatomy (yes, that show is still on). Sarah likes bunnies and you can find her occasionally sleeping at her desk.

Ryan is an avid theatre lover. When not at the Footlights office, or meeting with a client, Ryan wears the hats of director, playwright, performer, and Artistic Director of Outskirts Theatre Co. (which is a proud client of Footlights!) Some favorite shows Ryan's worked on include Disenchanted! The Musical, RENT, Bare: A Pop Opera, Spring Awakening, and Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead. Ryan enjoys cooking, writing, and belting out show tunes at parties even though no one asked for them.

Alicia M Senior-Saywell has created, supported and promoted theater for the last 30 years of her professional career, as a stage manager, production manager, and producer - including stints as Founding Member and Resident Production Manager of Chicago's critically acclaimed Running With Scissors Theater Company, Production Manager at The Royal National Theatre of London, and one of the founding forces behind the first and largest neighborhood theater district in Chicago, the Belmont Theater District. She is pleased to be part of Footlights' long-standing tradition of being one of the best friends a Chicago theater can have!

Barbara, affectionately known as “Barbie”, has always had an interest in advertising, from her degree in Advertising from UW-Madison (Passionate Badger Fan! ON WISCONSIN) to working in radio, cable, television and print. Her primary career was 15 years at TMJ4, but now she is thrilled to be at Marcus Promotions, supporting the arts for 8 years. Also fluent in Spanish, she taught elementary school level Spanish as Senora Cha Cha! When not enjoying theater, she enjoys time with her family at their cottage in Door County, decorating with a colorful flair, and growing in her relationship with the Lord and her friends at Bible Study.

Jacqueline is a published author, public speaker for the Wi Department of Justice, and avid theatergoer, but more than that she brings over 25 years of sales experience to the Footlights team. When not working she spends her time outdoors and on the water with her two children. If the sun isn’t out you can catch her inside at the theatre, watching a show and appreciating the scenic and costume designs. She has particularly enjoyed productions of A Midsummer Nights Dream and The Lion King!

After brief stints in the financial services and healthcare worlds, Daryl has worked primarily in sales for several Milwaukee area newspapers over the past 20+ years. Daryl's favorite musical is Annie, because despite the slight tinge of melancholy, the optimism of "Tomorrow" is always inspiring. Daryl and his wife share their home with three rescue dogs. Daryl enjoys cooking and eating spicy food, warm weather, and all things Bloody Mary.

Natasha is incredibly excited to join the Footlights team and dive head first into her loves or organization and theatre. Her artistic loves include HadestownMandy, and Ocean of Grey. When not at her desk you can catch Natasha walking around the Milwaukee Zoo eating her yoghurt, pretending to ride a skateboard, and mimicking game show hosts.
