Steve started Footlights when he saw a need in Milwaukee's theatre community and wanted to help the various arts groups in the area and beyond. His favorite shows include Sincerity Forever. Steve loves spending time with his family water skiing and is an avid fan of the original Star Trek series.
Vice President and Director of Sales
Matt met Steve at a bonfire party many years ago. Somehow they convinced each other they should work together, maybe it was the beer. Matt has a Masters Degree in Psychology, but has long removed the couch from his office. Matt is obsessed with all things water, and his favorite productions include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and The Screwtape Letters.

Karin, who handles the Human Resource and Accounting side of things, has been with Footlights since the beginning. Her favorite musicals include Wicked and Seussical the Musical, which is a given because Karin is a huge fan of Dr. Seuss. Karin enjoys water skiing with her family, reading and writing poetry, and long walks on the beach.

Accounting ManagerLisa is excited to be part of the Footlights team, and brings over 25 years of "out of the box" thinking and experience in regards to Accounting and Finance. Music, theater, and dance have always played an important role in Lisa's life, and she is always happy to share those passion with others - especially her three children. Lisa's favorite musicals include Miss Saigon and A Christmas Carol (because she loves Christmas music)! When not at work she enjoys traveling and spending time on the lake with her family.
Director of Operations
Bob's duties range from ensuring all programs are delivered on time to estimating and processing print orders. However, Bob's greatest production achievement is four adult children, which so far have produced three grandchildren, whom Bob greatly adores. Bob and his wife both enjoy going to shows, with the most memorable being Les Miserables on Broadway.
Printing inquiries, seeking quotes for special projects, following up on a print job, and inquiring about delivery
Greg helps make sure the presses do their job and that every Footlights program is printed and correctly. When not spending time manning the presses, Greg enjoys watching classic vintage films and sharing his vast movie knowledge with the art department (which has come in handy on more than one occasion!)

Sarah directs the art and is the office horticulturist. She has starred in numerous church plays and was a Native American in her middle school's production of Peter Pan. Sarah loves typography, video games, warm hugs, and Grey's Anatomy (yes, that show is still on). Sarah likes bunnies and you can find her occasionally sleeping at her desk.

A true band nerd at heart with a knack for photography and graphic design, Jillian has always been involved with the arts one way or another. Jillian knows how to play the saxophone and piano. When not making things pretty here in the office, Jillian loves cooking, making up recipes, and rehearsing in her car as the sixth member of the group Pentatonix.
Graphic Designer and Web Developer
Katelynne is no stranger to the stage – her lifelong love of acting and theatre led her to Footlights. Katelynne's favorite musical is and forever will be Phantom of the Opera with The Lion King coming in a close second. Katelynne enjoys daydreaming about owning a pug, traveling to England, and working for Disney.

Editor and Digital Communications Manager
Amanda is the resident storyteller at Footlights, in every sense of the word. When Amanda isn't writing about or working with theaters, she can often be found inside of one, attending a show. Amanda’s favorite musicals include Young Frankenstein and Little Shop of Horrors. Amanda attended the Eugene O'Neill National Critic Institute (NCI) as a Critic Fellow in 2016, and currently serves as a script reader for the Eugene O'Neill and a few area theaters, because she just can't get enough theater at work.

Milwaukee Account Executive
Blonde and fluent in Spanish, Barbara is known for the colorful flair she brings to the advertising team. Her favorite musical hands down is Phantom of the Opera, with In the Heights as a close second. Barbara enjoys traveling with her husband and her two daughters (both born in Guatemala), and has fond memories of when she taught elementary school level Spanish as Senora Cha Cha.

Jacqueline is thrilled to bring over 25 years of sales experience to the Footlights team, especially for a company that helps support theatre and the arts. When not at a show, Jacqueline loves being outside, waterskiing with her sister, and spending time with the two stars in her life, her son and daughter.

After brief stints in the financial services and healthcare worlds, Daryl has worked primarily in sales for several Milwaukee area newspapers over the past 20+ years. Daryl's favorite musical is Annie, because despite the slight tinge of melancholy, the optimism of "Tomorrow" is always inspiring. Daryl and his wife share their home with three rescue dogs. Daryl enjoys cooking and eating spicy food, warm weather, and all things Bloody Mary.
Madison Account Executive
Courtney loves the theatre, and tries to see as many shows as she can at the Overture Center for the Arts. One of her all time favorite shows is Wicked. When Courtney isn't helping local Madison area businesses through advertising opportunities, Courtney enjoys relaxing with her friends.

As a graduate from UW-Madison, Dan is excited to return – this time as a member of the Footlights team! Dan loves UW football and basketball as well as the Green Bay Packers, but also enjoys reading (his favorite book is The Great Gatsby), writing, and seeing all the great shows the city has to offer. When not in the office or hitting the pavement making sales, Dan can be found hanging out with family and friends or traveling to warm areas with awesome beaches.
Will M. McAuliffe
Chicago Account Executive
Will has been with Footlights/Marcus Promotions since 1999, and has been involved with the arts for even longer. Will's past credits include being the former Marketing Director at New American Theatre in Rockford. Will continually strives to help the arts and supporters of the arts find each other, through advertising and marketing opportunities.
Sherry has returned to Footlights after a two-year relocation to Nashville. Sherry is thrilled to be back in the performing arts business, especially since she missed her good friends and lifelong clients in Milwaukee. Sherry's interest in theater goes back to grade school, when she stood in for the lead that came down with laryngitis the day before opening night. Other roles in high school and college have included a medium in Blithe Spirit and a troll in The Hobbit.
Rob helps make sure everyone's Footlights programs turn out great and are delivered on time. When he is not helping run things smoothly in the warehouse, Rob can be found seeking out his next adventure. Rob is an avid skateboarder and snowboarder, and his passions include photography, filmmaking, and computer programming – which could explain his favorite TV show (Mr. Robot) and his favorite film (Inception).
