Peninsula Players Theatre in Door County, WI, America’s oldest professional resident summer theatre, seeks interns for its 82nd season. Peninsula Players seeks administrative interns for its summer and fall season, May 23 through October 18, 2017. (Applicants who can stay through Labor Day, Sept. 4 also accepted. Priority given to those who can stay the entire season.) Weekly salary, room and meals available on the theatre’s shore front property. Excellent verbal skills, computer knowledge and customer service skills necessary. Applicants should have experience handling money and balancing a cash drawer. Duties include but not limited to assisting in ticket sales, operating and managing inventory of concession stand, front of house duties, house management, company hospitality, social media/web assistance, working with general public on publicity runs, as well as various office projects helping the Managing Director, Business Manager, Box Office Manager and Development & Events Manager.
Qualified applicants should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Twitter, Facebook, data entry, and possess interpersonal and customer service skills to interact with patrons and volunteers.
