Based on the beloved comic and film franchise by the same name, The Addams Family brings the quirky and gothic Addams Family to life. We see Gomez and Morticia, a deeply passionate couple with a fondness for the macabre, their children, Wednesday and Pugsley, Uncle Fester, who is in love with the moon, and all the classic, colorful cast of characters notorious for their somehow lovable obsession with death and darkness. The story follows an eighteen year old Wednesday Addams, who has fallen in love with a “normal” boy named Lucas. Wednesday, much to the dismay of her family, has invited Lucas and his parents, Mal and Alice, over for dinner. She and Lucas beg their respective families to act normal for one night, but the evening descends into chaos as everyone struggles to get along. Will the two families be able to reconcile their differences for the sake of their children? Find out in this off-the-wall comedy with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice.
