Chicago Theatre Workshop is bringing back the earthquakes, tidal waves, and towering infernos with a special big screen sing-a-long presentation of this year’s hit production “Disaster” Saturday, September 22, 2018.  A filmed version of their crowd pleasing hit musical will be the showcase of the night, celebrating the show and all the silliness of the 1970s.  Screening is at 7:00pm at The Edge Theater 5451 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL 60640.

Featured cast members will host the evening’s screenings and lead audiences in a sing-a-long of the show’s score which includes some of the best known hits of the 1970s by Donna Summer, The Bay City Rollers, Helen Reddy, Barry Manilow, Gloria Gaynor, and more. Come dressed in your best 70′ attire! Cash bar and great prizes!

This one-of-a-kind HD, big screen presentation gives viewers a chance to relive all the fun of “Disaster’s” limited original run earlier this year, or the chance to see for the first time a show that had audiences and critics raving.

TiX are $20.00 and can be purchased below.

Filming has been made possible by Prescott Laine Productions. Special thanks to Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick.
