Directed By: Donterrio Johnson with musical direction by Robert Ollis, A MAN OF NO IMPORTANCE, a musical adaptation of the 1994 film starring Albert Finney, by the same composing team that created “Ragtime” and “Anastasia”: Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, with a book by Terrence McNally. This is the heartwarming story of Alfie Byrne – a Dublin man with a passion for staging Oscar Wilde’s plays for his quirky community theatre group. Songs like “The Streets of Dublin”, “Love Who You Love” and “We’re Going Up” celebrate Irish lives and loves and the joys of putting on a theatrical production.
