After a year away, we return to presenting another of the nine plays of Foote's epic masterpiece. The time is Christmas Eve 1917, and America is caught in the toils of World War I.
Horace Robedaux and Elizabeth Vaughn, having married despite the objections of her parents, await the arrival of their firstborn child. Their rented rooms provide a unique gathering place for the comings and goings of some of Foote's most interesting characters of his fictional setting: Harrison, Texas.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for students.
